Mommy & Me

We are pleased to offer classes designed for children ages 18 months -3 years and their parents or caregiver. MOMMY & ME 1 is designed for children ages 18 -24 months and MOMMY & ME 2 is for children 2- 3 years old.

 

A unique introductory class designed to introduce children to dance and musical movement. From the moment children are born they are stimulated by music and the movements associated with it. This class provides the opportunity for parents to accompany and interact with their child in a fun, yet structured environment. A variety of props and different types of music, including children's songs, nursery rhymes, Disney classics and favorite ballet pieces will be used during the class. This class helps build social skills which includes following instruction, listening, dancing individually and dancing in pairs and groups. The class also helps to develop balance, coordination, poise and creative expression and fully prepares the child for the next level of class where they are independent of their parent.

 

Class Dates (10 Week Sessions)

Session I : October 6 - December 18

Session II : January 12 - March 9

Session III : March 23 - June 1

Cost
$80.00 per session with a one time $25.00 Registration Fee

Class Attire
- Pink Leotard/ White tights
- White ballet shoes (for use in the recital)
