Vinyasa Flow Yoga


Sally McDermott Dance Studios will be offering Vinyasa Flow Yoga beginning in October. Two classes will be offered: Tuesday nights in Charlton and Thursday nights in Auburn.

These classes are for all levels - beginning to expereinced. Bring a mat and try it out!
