Policies

SALLY MCDERMOTT DANCE CENTERS' Season is like a school year. Monthly TUITION fees are ONLY automatically deducted from your checking / savings account VIA EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) on the 3rd (or option for the 10th) of each month during the season. ANYONE PARTICIPATING IN THE JUNE RECITAL MUST PAY IN FULL TUITION FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE.

SMDC does accept CREDIT / DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS for charges OTHER THAN AUTO TUITION, however, there is a 3% credit card fee added to your payment.

IF YOU ARE TO DROP A CLASS(ES) YOU MUST NOTIFY US BY EMAIL by the 15th of the month to stop the automatic payment for the following month.
WE DO NOT OFFER TUITION REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR REGISTRATION FEES. *Our dance season and tuition rate is designed to give 37 classes over a ten-month period from September to June. Monthly tuition rates are based on the average of 3.7 classes per month. Some months have as few as (2) two weeks others as many as (5) five.
